An Arcadia man was charged following a disturbance on July 27.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexander J. Farnsworth, 39, of Arcadia for endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Farnsworth was charged after an investigation where it was found that he engaged in a physical altercation and made threats to the victim.
He will appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
