A Clyde man was taken into custody after investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on July 12.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony D. Haig, 33, of Clyde for criminal tampering and criminal mischief.
During the domestic incident, Haig removed the license plates of the victim to prevent them from driving. After he was asked to leave, Haig kicked the vehicle and slashed the victim’s tires.
Haig is due to appear back in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
