Two people were sent to the hospital after a two-car crash late-Thursday.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports that one driver, identified as Robert Fled, failed to yield the right of way at the intersection between Loomis and Bailey roads, resulting in a crash.
The second vehicle was occupied by Jean Manko and Richard Manko, both Yates County residents.
They were taken to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Fled was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
