Mercy Flight Central announced today that the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) has awarded them a full accreditation for their air medical helicopter service.
CAMTS is dedicated to improving the quality and safety of medical transport services.
Organizations that choose to earn this accreditation do so on a voluntary basis. CAMTS awards
this accreditation only to those organizations which meet their rigorous aviation, medical and
safety standards.
Program Director Erin Reese stated, “We are honored to again be awarded a full three-year
accreditation. The CAMTS accreditation process involves all aspects of our organization and
ensures we are in accordance with industry standards. I am incredibly proud of our entire team
for the effort and dedication put into this achievement.”
