Traffic violation leads to DWI arrest in Lyons

A Palmyra resident was arrested after a traffic violation.

According to a news release, State Police arrested Rheyanna A. Arliss, 38, of Palmyra for driving while intoxicated.

State Police out of Lyons observed a traffic violation on State Route 31 where Arliss was found to be operating with a BAC greater than .08%.

Arliss will appear in the Town of Lyons Court at a later date.
