Police arrested a 54-year-old Ithaca man following a domestic incident.
A misdemeanor count of criminal obstruction of breathing was filed against Edward Bailey, of Ithaca, following the incident and investigation.
Police say they were called to a portion of Lake Street for a reported domestic incident.
He was taken into custody around 2 a.m. on Saturday.
