We’re almost halfway through the summer and the music scene continues here in the Finger Lakes. Janelle Bradshaw lets us know where to go in this edition of FLX Music 247. Big aLICe and Two Goats have acts Thursday through Sunday this week. Geneva Cruisin’ night hosts Ruby Shooz on Friday as well as many other acts going on. Vineyard View will have the Green Holler Band out on Friday night and Woody’s in Seneca Falls will have live music as well. Keuka Lake hosts many different venues that you can visit and make a day trip out of the journey. Peppermint Days are this weekend in Lyons and Glenora will host Jazz Greats on Sunday. Janelle’s Artist of the Week is Erin and the Backwater Blues Project. The group performs Chicago and Delta-style blues with a modern twist.
