Arcadia man trespassed with teenager onto private property: Now he faces several charges

Deputies report the arrest of an Arcadia man following a trespassing investigation on Monday around 8 p.m.

Richard Wollek, 24, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a reported trespass in progress, where he allegedly trespassed onto the property with a 14-year-old child.

Wollek and the child entered a pole barn that was locked. After exiting, Wollek took down a security camera that alerted the owner of the property that someone was there.

He then threw the camera into the woods. It was later recovered, according to deputies.

Woolen was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child due to the presence of the 14-year-old. He was also charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

He will answer the charge at a later date.
