Free family-friendly outdoor movies get underway in Auburn this week.
Rained out Tubman movie will be shown Thursday night
The first movie of the summer season will be Peter Rabbit 2 The Runaway on Monday at Clifford Park Playground on Mary Street. Auburn City Clerk Chuck Mason says there’s a bonus movie this week that was rained out during the city’s Juneteenth celebration.
The Casey Park pool opened for the summer last week and the city’s summer recreation program gets underway at Lincoln Playground Tuesday. Programs will be held throughout the summer at three different locations in a partnership with CNY Sports Management Group.
