Police arrested a 29-year-old Seneca Falls man following a traffic stop.
Anthony Manza, 29, was arrested following a traffic stop prompted by him passing two vehicles on a double-solid line.
During the stop it was determined that he did not have a motorcycle license and his existing driving privileges were suspended in the state.
Manza was charged with the passing violation, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
He was processed on scene and released on an appearance ticket scheduling him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
