Geneva woman uses stun gun during altercation

Police report the arrest of a Geneva woman following a domestic incident.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rachel L. Parker, 46, for criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.


It is alleged that Parker engaged in a physical altercation and displayed a stun gun. Parker proceeded to use the stun gun against the male victim.

Parker was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is pending arraignment.

Deputies were assisted in the investigation by members of the Newark Police Department.
