A Waterloo man was arrested by members of the Narcotics Unit.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Bluto, 36, of Waterloo for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that Bluto sold cocaine to another person while in the Town of Waterloo. Bluto also had an active arrest warrant for violation of probation stemming from a narcotics conviction in 2020.
Bluto was held at the Seneca County Jail pending arraignment.
The Narcotics Unit was assisted by members of the Uniformed Road Patrol and Seneca County Probation.
