All our teams do is win, or at least win most of the time. Paul Russo and Kyle Evans are in the studio for Concrete Jungle on a Thursday. The Yankees rolled to seven straight victories before the Twins ended that streak. The guys talk about the two games played so far and how they contrasted with each other. They also preview the last game in Minnesota before the Yankees head home to face the Cubs. The Mets continue with their extreme west coast swing. They dropped the series with San Diego but were able to snag a win and come away with news that feels like victories. Paul and Kyle talk about the series against the Padres and the good injury news out of Mets camp. They also preview the weekend series at the Angels as they are slated to take on a familiar face.
Down on the farm, Rochester has dropped the first two games in St. Paul while Syracuse has taken the first two against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Paul and Kyle talk about the big confidence boost for the SMets and the roster moves for both teams as their parent clubs make moves for different reasons.
