Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin A. Brown, 34, of Seneca Falls for failure to update photograph as part of the sex offender registry.
Police responded to Brown’s residence on an unrelated incident and placed him into custody. He failed to provide an updated photograph as part of the provisions of the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
Brown was taken into custody and is pending arraignment.
