It happened on Friday, April 29 around 11:15 p.m.
Deputies were called to the area of County Road 132A and State Route 96A. They say a Jeep SUV rolled over in the accident- and the occupant fled the scene.
Upon investigation, they found the driver, identified as Taylor Eggleston, 26, of Jordan, who was apparently under the influence of alcohol. Deputies said alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.
Meanwhile, Joseph Capalongo, 36, of Seneca Falls assisted Eggleston in fleeing the scene.
Both were cited with tickets returnable to local court.
