Police arrested Macedon man following a larceny complaint at Walmart.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cooper Herrmann, 21, of Macedon for petit larceny.
It is alleged that Herrmann attempted to leave the Walmart in Macedon with $139.93 worth of unpaid merchandise concealed before being stopped by asset protection.
Herrmann will appear in the Town of Macedon Court at a later date to answer charges.
