The Ithaca Police Department is investigating an attack on a woman who was walking in the city over the weekend.
Police say a female victim reported walking along S. Meadow St. in the city of Ithaca around 9:45 p.m. on Sunday when she was grabbed by a group of four male subjects.
She was pulled into the parking lot of a closed business and attacked.
Following the attack- the suspects fled the scene.
The victim stated that the suspects were wearing medical face masks. They were described as one black male, three hispanic males, roughly in their 20s, wearing dark colored clothing.
Police say the investigation remains active. Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call 607-272-3245.
