HCR Home Care has been recognized as a top workplace for the fifth straight year.
According to an independent survey of HCR employees, the company was awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by the Democrat and Chronicle. The award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
In the employee survey, Jason Berl, PT, GCS, director of clinical improvement, stated, “I love my role at HCR because I feel my work greatly contributes positively to our team and patients. HCR also offers me opportunities for growth where I get to be on committees and projects to work on new ideas and continual improvement for the betterment of our patients.”
“To be recognized as a great place to work for the fifth year in a row is a great honor, and it is that much more rewarding because it is based entirely on feedback from our employees,” said Louise Woerner, chairwoman and CEO of HCR Home Care.
HCR Home Care was again recognized as a top workplace in the large employer category.
