The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce held its latest Business After Hours Networking Mixer hosted by the Geneva Rotary at Bella’s Sicilian Ristorante on Wednesday, March 9th. The second BAH Mixer of 2022 was attended by over 50 chamber members, partners, ambassadors, Rotary members, and guests.
“We were thrilled with the turnout of our most recent BAH Mixer,” says Miranda Odell, Chamber President/Executive Director. “We pride ourselves on being a regional Chamber as well as ‘Professional Dot Connectors’, and this month’s successful Mixer was a great way to attract and connect our customers from throughout the Finger Lakes. Not only were we able to partner with and share the successes of the Geneva Rotary, who have been members for over two decades, we were able to facilitate personal connections within our business community – and that’s what it’s all about,” Odell added.
During the event, guests enjoyed a complimentary buffet full of Bella’s most popular menu items, such as their Arancini, delicious Pasta, and Fried Shrimp, as well as homemade desserts from Chamber Member Simple Sweets Bakery. Guests also took part in the Chamber’s Member Swag Raffle, featuring items from the Cayuga Wine Trail, and their popular BAH Giveaway for chances to win two separate gift baskets donated by the Geneva Rotary and Lyons National Bank.
Stephanie Hesler, President of the Geneva Rotary, was able to address all guests during the Wednesday night Mixer. Hesler spoke about their current and upcoming projects and the work they do to positively impact the community. She invited all interested attendees to the Rotary’s weekly meetings at Bella’s Sicilian Ristorante to learn even more about the organization and how anyone can get involved.
