Police report the arrest of a Sodus woman for failure to appear.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Dion P. Roberts, 37, of Sodus pursuant to a warrant.
Roberts was originally charged by Penn Yan Police in December 2020 with aggravated unlicensed operation. She subsequently failed to appear in court which resulted in the issuance of a warrant. Roberts turned herself in at the Wayne County Probation Office and was taken into custody.
She will respond to the charges at a later date.
