Police say a Seneca Falls man was ticketed following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department ticketed Donald P. Kain, 69, of Fayette after a traffic stop that occurred in the village.
During the stop, it was determined that Kain’s vehicle had an expired registration and that his operating privileges were suspended. Kain was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered vehicles and improper/unsafe turn without a signal.
Kain will return in the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
