Former President Donald Trump must answer questions in the New York Attorney General’s investigation into his business practices, rules a judge on Thursday, February 17.
Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump and his two eldest children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr., must comply with subpoenas issued by the NYS AG’s office in December 2021, according to News10 NBC.
Trump and his two children must take part in depositions within 21 days of the ruling, which will very likely be appealed.
