Police report the arrest of an Interlaken woman on welfare charges.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s office arrested Tina M. Lupo, 49, of Interlaken after a welfare fraud investigation.
Lupo allegedly failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County. She was arrested on charges of welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps.
Lupo will appear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date.
