Police report the arrest of a Fayette man for petit larceny.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s office arrested Johnathan Pulver, 55, of Fayette after an incident that occurred on February 10th.
Pulver refused to release a set of license plates to the registered owner and was arrested for petit larceny. He was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center and was given an appearance ticket.
Pulver will respond to the charges at the Fayette Town Court at a later date.
