The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Geneva man following a disturbance complaint.
Police say Tristin Hakes, 23, of Geneva was charged with criminal mischief after allegedly punching the window of a local business.
The glass shattered and Hakes was taken into custody after investigation.
An appearance ticket was issued. The charge will be answered in city court.
