Deputies report the arrest of a Geneva man following a larceny investigation in the town of Ontario.
According to a news release, Nathan Welch, 31, of Geneva was charged with grand larceny following an investigation that began in July 2021.
It’s alleged that Welch took several Roels of wire, valued at over $1,400 from Schumaker Construction, which is located on State Route 104 in Ontario.
He was taken into custody on January 29 around 1:52 p.m.
According to the release Welch was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
