The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Interlaken man following a physical domestic incident.
According to a news release, Desmond Lawton, 31, of Interlaken shoved a person, then did not allow them to leave the room. They also threatened the victim with a knife, according to deputies.
He was charged with two counts of harassment, one count of menacing, one count of unlawful imprisonment, and one count of felony possession of a weapon.
The charges will be answered at a later date. Deputies said an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
