Romulus woman faces criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment after domestic incident in Varick

Sheriff Luce reports that on Saturday January 8th at around 3:00 PM Deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Varick for a Domestic incident that was reported to have occurred earlier in the day.

Deputies report that 32 year old Gloria M. Warne of 6231 State Route 96A in the town of Romulus was arrested for the charges of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment in the Second degree. The arrests stem from a Domestic incident where it was reported that Gloria had struck a male in the face with closed fists several times and had chocked the male with both hands by applying pressure to the neck and throat.

Gloria was taken into custody later on at a separate location and transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center where she was held for centralized arraignment court.
