Palmyra man arrested on warrant out of town of Ontario Court

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Town of Palmyra man after an arrest warrant had been issued by the Town of Ontario Court.

Deputies arrested Matthew J. Benza, age 36, of Palmyra, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.

Benza was arrested and will be arraigned at the Wayne County CAP Court on Monday, January 10^th, 2022 at 07:00 pm.
