Cayuga County has its seventh Dollar General store.
The Citizen reports the newest store is open on Auburn Road in Locke.
Several Dollar Generals have opened in new buildings in Cayuga County in recent years.
In a release, the company said “at Dollar General, we believe the addition of each new store provides positive economic growth for the communities we proudly serve, and the addition of our new Locke store highlights our commitment to deliver a pleasant shopping experience that includes great prices on quality products in a convenient location.”
