A Campbell woman was arrested after the investigation of a report of an altered official document submitted to a service provider.
It is alleged that 35 year old Amanda C. Parker knowingly submitted a forged document for filing in the official business records of an enterprise in Campbell, New York. Ms. Parker was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, a class D Felony and Filing a False Written Statement in the Second Degree. Ms. Parker was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
