Officials in Cayuga County say there are 351 active cases of COVID-19.
That’s the most active since January 27 when Cayuga had 360 active cases.
It’s also a significant uptick in cases since before the Thanksgiving holiday.
A week earlier Cayuga County had reported 275 active cases of COVID-19.
Officials are concerned about another spike that could come in a matter of weeks as gatherings continue to increase.
