Syracuse (3-4) earned a 79-57 win over Colgate (1-5) on Sunday afternoon in the Carrier Dome. The win snapped a three-game losing streak and gave the Orange their third win of the season at home.
Chrislyn Carr had her second consecutive 20-point game shooting 9-for-15 and added four rebounds, four assists and four steals. Najé Murray had a season high 17 points shooting 50 percent from the field while adding three steals.
