Police: Seneca Falls man charged with DWI after crash

Police arrested a Seneca Falls man for DWI after a property damage crash.

Carlos Pena Melendez, of Seneca Falls was charged with DWI and driving across hazard markings.

The arrest follows the property damage crash where it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.

His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.13%.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
