Police: Seneca Falls woman stole debit card, transferred money to self via online service

Police arrested a 20-year-old Seneca Falls woman following an investigation into a fraudulent transaction that happened earlier this month.

Kelsey Davoli, 20, is accused of taking the debit card of a coworker and using it to send herself money through an online service.

She was charged with grand larceny, as a felony, and petit larceny. She was also charged with one count of unlawful possession of personal information.

Police say Davoli was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
