Campbell woman arrested on two felony charges after public benefits investigation

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 31-year-old Campbell resident following an investigation involving social services.

Between April 1 and August 31 Courtney Roche, 31, is accused of providing false information to Steuben County DSS.


As result she received over $3,300 in benefits she was not entitled to.

She was charged with felony offering a false instrument for filing and grand larceny.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
