Police say a 30-year-old Seneca Falls man was taken into custody after a domestic incident that happened on October 20.
On Saturday around 8:41 p.m. police arrested Thomas McNeill, 30, following the incident that happened days earlier.
He’s accused of pushing and hitting the woman, who suffered injury as result. McNeill is also accused of taking the woman’s cell phone during the attack.
Police say that McNeill violated a court order during the incident – resulting in several felony charges.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, grand larceny, and aggravated family offense. All of those charges are felony counts, according to police.
He was also charged with harassment.
Police say McNeill was transported back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
