Seneca Falls man arrested, order of protection issued after punching two people, damaging cars

On Saturday police arrested a local 21-year-old following a dispute on Rumsey Street.

Ford J. Petrie, 21, of Seneca Falls was involved in a verbal argument with two males and punched one of them in the face.

Petrie also damaged two vehicles that were owned by the two males involved in the argument, police said.




As result of the incident, Petrie was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, and one count of harassment.

He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges at a later date.

One of the victims requested an order of protection.
