A fire destroyed a mobile home in the Town of Bath on Wednesday.
A nearby team of contractors working on Turnpike Road witnessed heavy black smoke.
The workers tried to save as many animals as they could from the fire, but some were unable to be saved.
The Red Cross is helping the family.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
