A teenager has been charged for possessing Fentanyl and planning to sell it.
Cameron McPherson, 18, was indicted by a Chemung County Grand Jury on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arrested by Elmira Police on Aug. 4 with 1400 doses on fentanyl on him. The doses were lethal.
He was arrested again Aug. 17 for the same thing as well as a stolen car.
