Canandaigua man arrested after being found unresponsive under the influence of drugs in front of children

A Canandaigua man was arrested after being found unresponsive under the influence of drugs in front of two children under 17.

On Sept. 16, Canandaigua Police responded to reports of an unconscious man on Buffalo Street.

It was determined that Julian Cooper, 31, of Canandaigua, was under the influence of drugs in front of two children, and he was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.




He was treated at the hospital before being transported to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
