A Canandaigua man was arrested after intentionally obstructing an emergency vehicle.
Charles E. Keener Jr., 70, of Canandaigua, was arrested Sept. 20 for disorderly conduct.
He intentionally stepped into the lane of travel while the vehicle was traveling in emergency mode on Fort Hill Avenue.
He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
