FLACRA is hosting their 4th Annual Chicken Barbeque event in honor of National Recovery Month.
National Recovery Month is recognized in September of each year and began in 1989. This national observance is dedicated to increasing the awareness and understanding of mental health and substance use disorders and to celebrate the individuals and families impacted by recovery. We strongly believe that every person affected has a reason to celebrate their stories and accomplishments and can help others who may be in need of treatment.
The Chicken BBQ Fundraiser will be held at 71 Kendall Street, Clifton Springs NY 14432 from 11:00 a.m. until sold out.
The FLACRA Chicken BBQ Fundraiser will also have an information booth and staff on site for families and individuals in need. Our goal is for our clients, families and communities to partner together in solidarity to help combat the exacerbated substance use disorders and mental health conditions plaguing our nation during this COVID-19 pandemic.
