A Waterloo man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following a domestic incident early Saturday morning at a local motel.
It is reported that Todd Murphy, 25, of Waterloo, hit a female victim and restrained her to keep her from running away.
The victim is said to have been holding two small children when Murphy then pulled her to the ground.
He has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and harassment in the second degree.
Due to a prior conviction of a specific family offense, Murphy was also charged with with aggravated family offense, a felony.
Murphy is being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment.
An order of protection has been requested for the victims.
