A Canandaigua resident was arrested for trespassing and obstruction after officers responded to an incident at Kershaw Park last month.
According to a news release, Dasheen Davis, 26, of Canandaigua was charged with obstruction and trespassing after officers responded to a disturbance at the park.
It was determined that Davis entered another person’s boat that was docked on Canandaigua Lake without permission.
When officers arrived Davis obstructed, but was eventually taken into custody. The charges will be answered at a later date.
