A wrong-way driver on the New York State Thruway led troopers on a pursuit, which ended in Henrietta.
Around 1:30 p.m. troopers got the call on Tuesday for a driver going west in the eastbound lanes on I-490 in the Rochester-area.
The driver was then spotted going east in the westbound lanes of the Thruway before ending up at the Scottsville Rest Area.
Troopers say the suspect kept fleeing, ending up on Erie Station Road in Henrietta. He crashed his vehicle in a ditch, and troopers had to break a window to get him out.
He verbally threatened officers with a weapon, but none were recovered.
State police said charges were pending.
