India Walton is running for the Mayor of Buffalo and Governor Kathy Hochul was asked if she would back the candidate.
She stated she was not making any local endorsements.
Walton is a Democratic socialist and shocked Buffalo when winning the June Democratic primary against the current Mayor of Buffalo who is seeking a fifth term.
