Ontario County Sheriff Kevin Henderson asking for the public’s help on horse and buggy hit and run

There have been no solid leads in the crash involving a horse and buggy on Wednesday, and Ontario County Sheriff Kevin Henderson is asking for help on social media.

He is asking that anyone who knows the person that did it or is the person, to turn themselves in.

On Wednesday around 3:25 in the afternoon, 53-year-old Annetta Fox and 18-year-old Roseanna Fox were in their horse and buggy when they were rear ended by a green Chevy pickup truck with a translucent white water tank in the bed.

The horse ran off but needed to be euthanized.

Both women were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
