A 45 day review of other administration personnel is happening to see what roles they had in decisions made with the reporting of deaths in nursing homes.
The criminal investigation out of Brooklyn is looking into how the Cuomo administration reported the fatalities.
Some administrators that were named in the report include Melissa DeRosa, Rich Azzopardi and former Financial Services Superintendent Linda Lacewell and they no longer work for New York State.
