Two arrested, one facing burglary charge after Seneca Falls Walmart incident

On Saturday police took two Seneca Falls residents into custody after a theft investigation at the local Walmart store.

Timothy Skinner, 29, and Carly Price, 24, both of Seneca Falls were observed concealing merchandise and passing all points of sale without rendering payment before being stopped by asset protection.

Skinner was charged with one count of petit larceny- being processed and released with an appearance ticket.


Price had previously been banned from Walmart property due to a previous larceny. As result, she was charged with one count of felony burglary- in addition to the petit larceny charge.

She was also arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued in Seneca Falls Town Court due to a criminal possession of a controlled substance charge from 2020.
